Learning materials
- We worked with International Organisation for Migration to develop a Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) Facilitators Manual with extensive guidance on the design and delivery of PDOs for refugees.
- We have written online learning modules on cultural awareness, sexual and reproductive health and information management.
- We have written a MEL manual for Information Literacy.
Developing and delivering training
- We design and deliver courses on behalf of LCC, NCVO, HAD, RedR, Bond, ICA:UK and INTRAC as well as to individual clients.
- We deliver training on proposal writing, project management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), capacity strengthening, humanitarian principles and practice, and facilitation skills (face to face, virtual and hybrid).
- We have designed and delivered simulations including for medics at the University of Miami (for Humanitarian U, project management and protection focus) and as part of the Tandem Leadership programme (for LCC).
Mentoring and coaching
- We provide one-to-one expert mentoring on different aspects of monitoring evaluation and learning for those expanding their practice or just starting out.
- We mentor trainee trainers who are learning to deliver Group Facilitation Methods training (the ICA:UK Technology of Participation course).
- We provide one-to-one coaching on personal or professional development challenges such as working with change, handling conflict, living your values, teamwork and communication.
- We provide group coaching for teams on communication, wellbeing and team or organisational development.
