- We managed medical education projects for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.
Developing and delivering training
- We have designed and delivered proposal writing, project management and MEL related courses on open programmes and for bespoke clients including Amnesty International, Development Initiatives, Sage Foundation and DFID.
- We are represented on the PM4NGOs advisory group.
Project management systems and guidance
- We supported SCIAF to improve programme management systems and practice and wrote related policies, guidance and templates.
- We wrote Tearfund’s Roots 5 Guide to Project Management.
Proposal writing and evaluation
- We have supported organisations and consortiums with proposal development and reviews, including a recent international consortium submitting to CERV.
- We have evaluated Erasmus + and ESC proposals on behalf of the EU.
